UPOU Welcomes new University Registrar The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) welcomes Assistant Professor Rita Cui-Ramos, RN, MAN as the new University Registrar. Her appointment runs from 6 February 2020 to 5 February 2021. Assistant Professor Ramos is a PhD candidate in Educational Psychology from the De La Salle University Manila. She holds a Master of Arts in Nursing from UP Manila, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Juan De Dios College of Nursing.
