Only the following students are eligible to enroll at UP Open University:

  1. Newly admitted students;
  2. Continuing students;
  3. Cross-Enrollee students; and
  4. Non-Degree students.

What are the courses/programs offered at UP Open University?

UPOU offers 7 undergraduate, 2 graduate certificates, 12 graduate diplomas, 13 master’s, and 3 doctorate programs. A Professional Teaching Certificate program, Continuing Education Programs, and Massive Open Online Courses are also offered.
