DE Readiness Module (DERM)

Instructions for Completing the UPOU DE Readiness Module (DERM)
Applicants to the FED and FMDS programs are required to complete the DERM.
1. Create an Account

  • Access the DERM portal using the link provided.
  • Create a new account using the username format: firstname.surname (e.g., juanito.tesoro).
  • Use the same first name and surname reflected in your UPOU application.
  • For the Program field, enter MENRM.
  • Keep a copy of your password.

2. Confirm Your Account via Email

  • Check your inbox and spam folder for the account confirmation email.
  • If no confirmation email is received within 24 hours, contact [email protected].
  • Please allow 24 hours for a response before sending a follow-up.

3. Log In and Complete the Module

  • Log in to the DERM portal using your registered credentials.
  • Access “DE READINESS MODULE TERM AND ACADEMIC YEAR (e.g., TERM 1 for AY 2026–2027) and complete all required activities.
  • If you encounter access issues, please try again later.

Important: Completion of the entire DERM is required. Incomplete DERM submissions will keep your application pending. For technical concerns, contact [email protected].
