Procedure for Application for Faculty Clearance

1. Secure Faculty Clearance
   • Before applying for a University Clearance, the student must first secure a Faculty Clearance from their respective Faculty of Study.
   • For FEd and FMDS students:
     • Download the Faculty of Study Clearance Form from the UPOU website. 
     • Submit the completed form via email to the appropriate address:
       • FMDS: [email protected]
   • For FICS students:
     • Accomplish the FICS Faculty Clearance Form online.  

• • For FEd students:
    • Accomplish the FEd Faculty Clearance Form online. 

Note: Failure to apply for Faculty Clearance will result in the delayed processing of University Clearance.

2. Once Faculty Clearance is granted, the student may proceed with the application for University Clearance through the AIMS Student Portal.
